Responsibilities:

  • The Hybris Commerce Frontend Developer will be responsible for executing front-end development tasks for eCommerce and content only web sites, including implementing the front-end layer of the web application and integrating into the back end.
  • The resource will be responsible for the implementation and on-going production support / maintenance of several websites.
  • The resource will work on and design layout files and collaborate with the team on the user interface design.
  • This is a technical role that requires strong technical attitude, willingness to learn new technologies, attention to details, and strong communication skills.
  • The resource will collaborate closely with other developers, product owner and the QA team to fully understand the requirements and ensure high quality of the solutions provided. In addition, the developer is encouraged to develop and share their knowledge and expertise with the rest of the team.


What Will Put You Ahead:

  • Spring (MVC, IOC)
  • Hands-on 2-3 years experience with Hybris Commerce
  • SEO optimization knowledge
  • Hands on experience with Google Analytics


Requirements:

  • Overall experience could range between 3 to 6 years
  • Recent hands-on development / implementation and support experience for Commerce websites (or comparable commerce tools) and related technologies
  • Content Management System experience
  • Experience designing and writing HTML, Java, and JavaScript for ecommerce websites
  • Strong understanding of commerce concepts
  • Must be able to collaborate and provide solutions that meet business needs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Agile Development experience
  • Knowledgeable of Source Code management and build/bundler tools
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
