Job Role:Application Support - L2,Position Type-External,Full Time,Employment Type - Regular
Work Location:Coimbatore,Need to Work in shifts-Yes,Notice Period-Max 1 month (preference for Immediate Joiner ),
You will be passionate about problem solving and working with customers on new cutting edge designs
Maintenance & Support of Business critical Applications.
Track incidents to closure as per SOP within SLA
Provide Workaround, Root cause analysis & complete problem management
3rd party Management (Vendors)
Escalation of unresolved incidents to L3 and/or external provider for code fixes.
Release and Deployment Management.
Experience of providing Maintenance & support of Business critical Applications.
Expertise in handling incidents , problems release & deployment.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment for iterative project turnarounds on mission & revenue critical, customer-facing applications.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server,DB2,Oracle.
Strong understanding of APIs and web service concepts such as REST, SOAP, and XML/JSON business object representations
Experience developing API's utilizing REST architecture
Technology Skills - Required.
3+ years experience in Java/J2EE/Hibernate/Spring & 2+ years in incident response and major incident management.
IDE- Eclipse , NetBeans. Etc
Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, Angular, CSS, HTML 5, React JS, Node JS, Bootstrap).
Good Knowledge in Application Server such as Apache Tomcat,JBoss,Weblogic.etc
Ability to write SQL queries and investigate DB logs a plus
Good Knowledge in RDBMS (MS SQL, MySQL, DB2, Oracle)
Windows and preferably Linux administration including bash commands (ssh, scp, sed, awk, grep, net stat etc.)
High degree of knowledge in networking (protocols, virtual networks, subnets, firewalls)
Understanding and practical application of methodologies like ITIL, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and SRE.
Experience with ITSM tools like Service now, Salesforce.etc
Required Language Skills:Good Communication in English .
