Quality Head Job in Aerospace Engineers Pvt Ltd

Fast growing Aerospace Engineering company from Salem who are in the manufacturing of Aerospace product and services.

Preferred Experience:

Quality Experience in high precision Metallic Manufacturing , rubber & Composite Manufacturing, assembly and testing of products.

Must have hands on experience in ensuring AS9100D Quality Management system and also in ISO14001, ISO45001, NADCAP, NABL, etc.,

Must have exposure in Manufacturing like Machine shops, Moulding shops and Testing.

Experience and good knowledge on use of Equipment s like CMM, UTM, VMM, etc.,

Other Requirements:

Capable of heading Quality function of the company (about 50 officers and employee in inspection department).

Able to discuss with customer on day to day progress and clarifications and related field problem solving

Co-ordinate with other departments in meeting the set targets.

Responsible for using resources in optimum way.

Six Sigma (Min. Green Belt), Lean Experience, SQC Technics, familiarity and hands on experience in advance QC tools as well as Root Cause Analysis.

Additional Requirements:

Willing to shift location nearer to Salem / Factory.

Able to handle both quality and manufacturing people hence, Tamil proficiency is much preferred.
