Job Summary
Location :Gujarat And Mumbai (Andheri)
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Experience: 2 years Plus || Location : Mumbai (Andheri)
Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain of organization
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, prospective customers etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development, sales executive, marketing or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record with good Database with good communication skills
- Experience in customer support is a plus point
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, Creativity and commercial awareness
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
- Manage Market knowledge Tactfully, Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and relationships, Effective Time management and planning skills
- Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field would be added advantage.
