Chartered Accountant Job in Adroit Technical Services Pvt Ltd.

Job Description: The Candidate should be well versed with Merger, Acquisition and Due Diligence, Financial Planning and Analytical Skills.

Role Description: The candidate should have handled

• Financial Planning and Forecasting.
• Back office support of Insolvency cases under IBC 2016,
• Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
• Finalization of Accounts & Projection of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Project Report etc.
• Merger, Acquisition
• Due Diligence cases to ascertain to ascertain Preferential Transactions, undervalued transactions, extortionate credit transactions, and fraudulent transactions
• Preferentially should have worked in Indian Bankruptcy Code (IBC) / Insolvency ResolutionServicing entity and have independently handled invitation for expression of interest from interested and eligible prospective resolution applicants; and evaluation of resolution plans and their submission to the CoC and the Adjudicating Authority (NCLT) for their approval.
• Independently handled Process Advisors and conducted Liquidation process under IBC.
• Preparation and Presenting Resolution Plan & Resolution Applicant to RP, CoC & NCLT and advising to Corporate Debtors for Effecting Financial Restructuring/Turnaround.

Salary: As per industry standards

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant / Cost & Management Accountant

Relevant Experience: 1-2 years post qualification

Note : Good CA/ICWA Inter can be considered with 3-5 years of experience.
