Job Description:

We are seeking a Creator Intern to join our marketing team. Join our Talent Management team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in managing and supporting our roster of content creators, helping to enhance their careers and maximize their potential.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding new content creators and managing their profiles.
• Coordinate and schedule creator collaborations, partnerships, and brand integrations.
• Monitor and analyze creator performance and audience engagement metrics.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating creator events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Support the team in developing and executing creator marketing strategies.
• Help maintain and update creator databases and communication channels.
• Provide administrative support, including drafting contracts and handling paperwork.
• Pitch for the proposals for brands to execute campaigns
• Support the sales team to share the curated content from the creator's perspective on the product

Requirements:

• Aware of influencer marketing and the creator economy
• APassion for the creator industry and digital content creation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
