Technical Head/ Delivery Head Job in Adreno Technologies

Skills Required:

• Able to handle a development team of 50+ members at various experience levels and spread across multiple technologies, services and products
• Able to handle delivery of projects across multiple geographies and time-zones.
• Hands-on experience in delivering technology projects from start till end.
• Hand-on experience in guiding project teams at various stages of the project including help in solving issues related to technology.
• Able to allocate tasks to the team as per their skills and skill levels and also able to rate and review their output and efficiency
• Able to assess skills of the team members, their strong and weak areas
• Able to provide guidance on training and improving skills of the team members
• Able to engage with clients of varied sizes from a single founder owned business to a large enterprise
• Able to not only manage resources at hand optimally, but also plan the demand for resources in the future.
• Able to screen, judge and hire technical resources at various levels of team hierarchy.

Team handling experience: Minimum experience of 8-10+ years in Project Management and should have handled 50+ team

Techincal Skills: PHP, Advance PHP, Angular or Similar Scripting Languages working experience, Frameworks like Cake / Zend / Codeignitor / YII : Any 2-3 PHP frameworks, Open source technologies like word press , opencart, Magento etc.

Minimum Experience: 15+
