Roles & Responsibility:

• OSP Compliance:
  • Ensure / Maintain India Data & Voice infrastructure is setup as per compliance guidelines
  • Co-ordinate with Internal teams Network/Voice/Legal/Finance
  • Co-ordinate with the Dept of telecom to ensure Adobe India sites are compliant
  • Coordinate with Auditors/Consultants (E&Y)
• Network Automation
  • Maintaining / Leading Network automation projects,
  • TOIL elimination
• Voice Engineering projects/ Ops coverage during India business hrs.
  • India & APAC SIP migrations, Call managers, Jabber Services across the clusters in Noida/Bangalore & Singapore
  • PureCloud Mgmt/roadmap
  • Cross functional Partnership with the CTI infrastructure / Collaborations teams for Call Center Voice Infrastructure
