Role Summary

Lead and inspire a remote inside sales team focused on the North American market, driving revenue growth for Adobe s Digital Media portfolio. You will coach, mentor, and manage telesales representatives while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize sales processes and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team with empathy and strong leadership.
  • Develop and administer sales incentive plans aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client engagements.
  • Drive sales performance metrics: lead conversion, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue achievement.
  • Create account penetration strategies and implement targeted campaigns via phone/email.
  • Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and coach teams on customer needs and product pitching.
  • Manage hiring, training, coaching, and performance appraisals for inside sales staff.
  • Foster alignment with Adobe s values and promote continuous learning within the team.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in field or digital sales with proven leadership in managing remote teams.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales operations, digital sales technologies, and subscription management.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in North America shift hours.
  • Postgraduate degree preferred.
