Job description

As Senior civil site engineerwould be responsible for all construction activities at the project site. Can able to interpret drawings and specifications independently.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years experience in Execution of all civil related works of the project, checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

Responsibility

• Project Management - Planning the work and effectively organizing the site facilities in order to meet timelines,Monitoring construction field, team handling and labour handling. Getting work executed as per schedule and maintains the drawings. He should have experience in study of drawings, work execution, quality checking, testing and verification of contractor's billing.
• Processes and checklists - Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performed. Creating schedule and working as per target schedule. Attend to Meetings with Project Manager to solve technical issues and other related matters. Getting work executed from labour or contractors.
• Coordination - Coordinate the handing over of completed works to Management and completion of the necessary rectification works. Indenting material in advance as per site requirement, Provide Technical Support to other site team members. Shall have good working knowledge in works execution in civil & building management systems.
• Planning - Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors. Maintain all sorts of papers. Preparing management information reports and excellent communication and management

Education

• UG: B.tech/B.E in Civil
