Job description

As Marketing Manager you are expected to Coordinate & Execute Brand campaigns locally through regional & retail marketing plans.

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute annual retail marketing plans to achieve set business goals.
• Coordinate as well as organize promotional events and Retail activation at Regional and National levels.
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities. Analyse sales data, campaign parameters and implement learning in future. Generate sales and marketing reports as per campaign.
• Recommend promotional activities in coordination with retail team.
• Ideate consumer connect initiatives to promote brand awareness and recall among consumers.
• Coordinate with regional marketing team members to implement brand and regional campaigns.
• Assist the creative team in designing and developing marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.

Skills

• Strong marketing background
• Deep knowledge of marketing methods & strategies, experience planning, developing and executing integrated marketing programs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Should be an excellent communicator both verbally and written, with an ability to communicate with all levels and departments in the organization and outside the organization across business, communications, sales and media teams.
