Job Summary Job Description:

Key Result Areas

Supporting Actions

Resolution of Operational Queries

  • Query management & resolution. Queries are received from MISPs, Insurance Companies, Sales Team etc.
  • Coordinate with IT as required, to resolve all portal related issues received from the partners
  • Resolve all payment related queries by coordinating with dealerships, insurance companies etc.

System & Process Developments

  • Prepare process note and take approvals from all parties on the process changes made
  • Coordinate with IT for implementation of new systems and UAT testing , as required
  • Periodically monitor and ensure that the insurance partners as well as the dealership partners are adhering to ABIBL policies and documentation requirements

Operational Support

  • Support in Endorsement, Cancellation & Refunds.
  • Provide support in training dealerships, Sales team and insurance companies on policies, systems and processes.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with the dealership partners for payment of premium to the insurance companies, within the defined timelines
  • Coordinate with IT or third party payment gateways for closure of any pending issues
  • Follow up with the insurance partners for timely upload of 64 VB on the portal
  • Create user IDs for Dealers and insurance partners in the portal and coordinate with IT for timely system integration.
  • Assisting in Audit related data.

MIS & Reports

  • Daily / Weekly / Quarterly / Monthly MIS is prepared and circulated to Business Team, PARTNER, Central team, Insurers etc.
