Job Summary
Shoulder the responsibility of escalating sales by converting potential leads into profitable sales deals Closely monitor and examine potential customer trends to identify and implement best suited sales strategies Accountable for ensuring accomplishment and surpassing of targeted sales objective; Draft, maintain and monitor accurate MIS reports Collaborate and liaise with team peers to enhance business results and boost customer acquisition and satisfaction rate Boost customer satisfaction by maintaining communicative relationships with customers post disbursement of loans Coordinate with cross functional departments to expedite and facilitate delivery and fulfilment of client s needs and expectations in an appropriate manner.
