Description

We are seeking SITE TECHNICIAN, PROJECT MANAGER, SITE SUPERVISOR to be part of our ADEPT INTERIORS PVT. LTD. and work closely with the interior design and PROJECTS teams.

SITE - TECHNICIAN

• Self-starters with positive attitudes and high levels of motivation.
• Working knowledge of Office furniture installation
• Completion of work as per the timelines
• Planning for the work at site and reporting the work to the supervisor
• Having meetings with the client at site for work coordiantion
• Daily reporting of site activities to the supervisor
• Weekly & monthly submission of reports on the work carried out at the site.

PROJECT - MANAGER

• Self-starters with positive attitudes and high levels of motivation. Goal-oriented individuals and adept problem solvers, they work hard to ensure that they exceed objectives and constantly improve their methods.
• Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Convey and supervise contractors and Technicians
• Meet with department heads and internal customers during planning of projects
• Document and maintain inspection reports completed by outside contractors
• Participate actively as projects team member to improve department efficiency, reduce costs and assist in improvement of product through customer experiences.
• Develop and maintain relations with clients as required establishing correct interfaces and presenting professional image.
• Support cost saving development initiatives and delivery process improvements.
• Leading a team of PROJECT SUPERVISORS.
• Weekly & monthly reporting as per the project management process

SITE - SUPERVISOR

• Self-starters with positive attitudes and high levels of motivation. Goal-oriented individuals and adept problem solvers, they work hard to ensure that they exceed objectives and constantly improve their methods.
• Completely manage the customer & team for the allocated sites.
• Document and maintain inspection reports completed by outside contractors
• Participate actively as projects team member to improve department efficiency, reduce costs and assist in improvement of product through customer experiences.
• Develop and maintain relations with clients as required establishing correct interfaces and presenting professional image.
• Support cost saving development initiatives and delivery process improvements.
• Leading a team of contarctors & technicians
• Weekly & monthly reporting as per the project management process
