Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • To handle ordering and buying for portfolios assigned to an individual
  • Requirement calculation by analysing demand and available stock on hand
  • Closely communicate with Inspection Coordinators to schedule/verify the assigned task
  • Involve in the initial analysis of the problem reported from the production line to understand the problem & able to attribute it based upon the symptoms of failure.
  • Responsible for checking quality on all in-process parts/assemblies at various stages of production and maintaining logs reflecting the daily work
  • Demonstrating a profound understanding of mechanical components/assemblies, ensuring a comprehensive approach to problem-solving.
  • Co-ordination with all stakeholders (internal & external) by performing process audits to ensure the countermeasures are implemented
  • In-process KPI monitoring, do the PDCA of the not achieved items, monitor & co-ordinate for implementation of actions
  • Data Summarization & Co-ordination for management review meetings related to the in-house complaint
  • Responsible for enhancing the measurement skills of team members

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Required Years of Experience

  • Diploma/B. Tech Mechanical
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience
  • Strong in problem analysis and solving complex problems, with a deep understanding of RCA tools
  • Good experience with in-process quality activities.
  • Hands-on experience with various measuring equipment
  • Sound knowledge in data analysis & report making, hands-on experience in Excel & PPT, SAP.
  • Good knowledge of the manufacturing process of mechanical parts like Bending, Welding, Machining etc.
  • Thorough understanding of Quality processes & practices

Diploma/B. Tech Mechanical
