Job Summary
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to clients, ensuring smooth process execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Utilize troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical problems. Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end auction process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to internal process quality standards. Monitor and optimize process workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide guidance on their queries. Proactively reach out to clients to address potential issues and ensure satisfaction. Service Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of services as per mutually agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and meet client expectations. Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all technical and commercial activities. Create knowledge base articles and FAQs to assist clients and improve efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless operations and project success. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices. Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years of experience in procurement, shared services, technical support, or service delivery. Education: Graduation in any stream or Master of Commerce (M.Com) preferred. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of technical concepts and ability to troubleshoot common issues. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer Service Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Job Type: Full-time
