Job Summary Responsibilities Lead the structural engineering team in the design, analysis, and construction of airport facilities and infrastructure Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards in structural design and construction Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop cost-effective and innovative structural solutions Conduct thorough structural assessments and inspections to identify potential risks and propose remedial actions Provide technical expertise and guidance on structural integrity, material selection, and construction techniques Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of safety and performance Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development Qualifications Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field preferred Certification Required Professional Engineer (PE) license Certification in Structural Engineering
