Job Summary The Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's social media presence and driving brand engagement. This role involves creating and implementing effective social media strategies, monitoring brand consistency, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Monitoring: Monitor the organization's social media accounts to ensure brand consistency in all messages and promptly address any inquiries or concerns. Content Strategy: Develop and implement relevant and engaging content strategies to target specific audiences, promote the brand, and drive engagement. Social Media Campaigns: Create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and foster customer relationships. Creative Thinking: Demonstrate strong creative thinking skills and a passion for storytelling and brand building. Performance Analysis: Report and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights on key metrics to optimize strategies. Influencer Outreach: Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live events, webinars, or conferences to expand brand reach and engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, graphics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of social media initiatives within a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to enhance brand advocacy and loyalty. Data Analysis: Analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve campaign effectiveness. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and brand advocacy. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) Familiarity with customer service and client relations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively, often in a 24/7 environment due to the nature of the business Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with social media analytics tools Knowledge of graphic design or video editing Experience in content creation (e.g., blog posts, articles) Job Type: Full-time
