Job Summary
Qualification :
- Provide insights to define the philosophy, strategy, road map and goals for the TM and L&OD function aligned with the overall HR strategy and business growth plans
- Develop annual and medium-term priorities, goals and KRAs for TM and L&OD within site in sync with the overall business plans
- Basis prescribed guidelines, generate site TM and L&OD budgets in consultation with the Group Heads
- Ensure adherence to budgets at the site level; Address budget overruns if any
Qualification :
- Masters degree in HR/Organizational Psychology or relevant field
- Higher degree in relevant field is preferable
Experience Required :
Minimum 12 Years
