Were looking for experienced Web Designers who have a passion for design and take pride in producing high quality work to join our team. You must exhibit advanced knowledge in the design, development, and maintenance of responsive web applications. Your role will be to create effective websites that are aligned with the clients business goals: it is content with a mission. This content should be conceived with the mindset that consumers will interact with it, and use it with a purpose in mind.

• Design, create, and maintain web content to meet client expectations.
• Conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our clients branding.
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
• Work with various aspects of website creation, from the coding element to ensuring a site is responsive and optimized for search engines.
• Multitasking and working in a fast-moving environment with constantly shifting priorities.

• Strong coding skills and experience (HTML/CSS)
• In-depth knowledge of web design and maintenance
• Advanced experience with search engine functions and optimization (SEO/SEM)
• Must be a quick learner, hardworking, and self-driven
• Good knowledge of Photoshop is a must
• Excellent comprehension of English language is a must
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines is a must
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Builder platform experience
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
• Strong interpersonal skills, be able to explain complex technical information in an easy-to-follow way, and be able to find creative solutions to project briefs
• Should be open to working in night shift on a rotational basis

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or significant equivalent experience.
• Two years minimum experience with HTML and CSS.
• A strong visual and technical portfolio.
• A high level of proficiency using Adobe products (or equivalent tools).
• Knowledge of browser compatibility across multiple platforms and devices.
• Strong ability to design with accessibility in mind.
• Familiarity with multiple HTML frameworks, strong JavaScript & jQuery skills (such as consuming APIs)

• Communication Skills Work closely with other departments to bring projects and ideas to life. They provide support on technical issues, often explaining information to people with no web design knowledge. This requires excellent communication skills and the ability to translate information clearly
• Problem Solving Identify and resolve the problem, including providing clear and concise explanations to other colleagues or clients
• Search Engine Optimization Have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of SEO and how to put it to best use on web pages
• Creativity Creative mindset and are able to come up with unique and interesting ideas for projects
