This role is responsible for executing on the technology and data operations strategy for Tax- Global Operations engagements. The Company's Global Operations practice provides outsourcing of tax and finance activities for multinational clients.

Role description:

Technology and Tax Data Management (TTDM) Leader

  • The TTDM leader is responsible for executing on the technology and data operations strategy for Tax Global Operations engagements.
  • Lead the development of the technology and data management strategy, data operations models and requirements, and integration with enabling company and client technologies
  • Collaborate with Area TTDM leaders to align the technology and data management strategy and operating models globally
  • Own the execution of the TTDM strategy during the transition and implementation phase on our most significant Global Operations engagements
  • Interface with the client s Tax, Finance and IT leadership on data access, systems architecture, security and privacy protocols
  • Assess client data processes and develop approach to migrate to company's technology and data operating model
  • Lead the knowledge transfer process for data operations during the transition of the client s processes to company.
  • Lead the global resource deployment for data operations, including shared service center resource teams
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Tax technology and data management team during the delivery phase of the engagement
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Must have client facing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team of diverse resources
  • Strong business acumen, deep subject matter expertise and exceptional people skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and effectively manage conflicting priorities in a global organization are critical
  • Required experience includes, but is not limited to:
  • Working in technology deployment and data operations functions in a global consulting or BPO business
  • Knowledge of data structures and protocols related to extraction of data from ERP and consolidation systems, including SAP, Oracle, HFM
  • Working knowledge of Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tools
  • Experience leading cross functional teams to execute on technology and data strategy for business process outsourcing is preferred
  • Experience -12+ yrs in Data management/solution architect/data architecture-Big Data/Sharepont/Cloud technologies, etc.
