Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

To provide technical knowledge with hands-on experience for Electricity, Gas or Water Industry.

Hands on experience designing the IS-U system

Prepare Technical Specifications document, perform Unit Testing and provide defect managementsupport for SAP Utilities Solution

Design customized business processes and provides best practices for ISU.

Communicate complex requirements to and from Technical and Non-technical stakeholders

Willing to travel as per requirement.

Experience

Should understand different business process in of Utility Industry (Regulated and Deregulated)

Well versed inISU-Customer Service Base customizing and configuration

Hands on configuration Knowledge in following areas:

o Interaction Center

o Move-in & Move-out,

o Service notification

o Service work order

o Disconnection/Reconnection

o CIc0 profiles

Outage Management

Experienced in Master Data merging like BP, CA, etc.

Should have hands on experience, architectural knowledge onSAPISU-CSmodule with specific focus on interaction with third party systems.

Strong change management, business process mapping and re-engineering experience required.

Experience in Middleware skills to replicate customer, Rate Category.

Understanding on De-regulation scenarios change in Customer and Change of legal Entity.

Integration of Security deposit for connection or upgrade.

Enhancement Framework, Module Pool Programming, BOR objects, IDOC,IDEX

Good Knowledge of ISU-EMIGALL Migration Tool.

Should have good experience in Workflow , Adobe Form and smart forms.

Worked on RDI for Third Party Printing.

Fair knowledge of Meter to cash Process with ISU-Tables.

Can Write, Review Technical Specification and UT documents.

Having strong understanding of integration points with cross module
Experience Required :

3 to 8 Years
