Responsibilities

    Individual Contributor

    • Contribute towards underwriting and monitoring of middle market lending transactions for US and Europe regions

    • Perform detailed credit analysis of credits including but not limited to capital structure, financial spread & analysis, EBITDA analysis, and analyzing key credit metrics

    • Writing a credit report summarizing business model, transaction details, key positives, risks, and mitigants of the loan under review

    • Recommend approval or rejection of credits to client leadership and risk committee along with answering questions or concerns that committee has with respect to credit

    • Monitor and evaluate risk rating of loans in current portfolio and suggest upgrade / downgrade based on latest financial results and current business environment

    • Structuring and completing client projects within timelines

    Contributing towards team and organizational objectives

    • Guiding and quality checking work of junior team members

    • Identification and implementation of process improvement ideas resulting in wow factor for the client

    • Contributing towards organizational initiatives like blogs, insight papers etc.
