Job Summary

The candidate will work dedicatedly with an investment bank and will be responsible for end-to-end management of the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) analysis, including market updates, newsletters, precedent equity transaction analysis, investor profiles, valuation, benchmarking, investor-targeting analysis and deal commentary. The candidate will be in direct interaction with client and responsible for final delivery of projects.

Required Background

MBA / CFA/ CA
Relevant experience of 6+ years in Investment Banking preferably Equity Capital market (ECM) team of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, or advisory firm.
Should have fair knowledge about capital markets, equity offerings, equity-linked offerings like convertible bond market
Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess the economic performance/analysis of companies and industries for clients
The candidate should have the ability to work independently
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Working knowledge of databases such as Factset, MergerMarket, Bloomberg, Dealogic, CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, Thomson Research, etc.
MS Office skills should be good in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
