Job description

  • Manage and maintain professional business communications, both internally and externally.
  • Schedules appointments and arranges meetings.
  • Support daily office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Assist in pre-sales communication activities, aiding in proposal preparation, client presentations, and information gathering.
  • Maintaining records of invoices, generating invoices, and payment following up & clearing them in a timely fashion.
  • Managing and maintaining confidential information and records.

Qualification

  • 6 months -1 year experience
  • Any Graduate
  • Should join at earliest.

Job Type

Full-time from the office ( Mon to Fri)

Salary

Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000 per month as per assessment of candidate profile.
