Job Summary

Role DescriptionHR Systems & ProcessesDevelop and monitor a HR desk that will carry out the following activities - Ensure that the complete employee data base is effectively maintained Manage HR processes related to confirmation of employees, relieving, exit and induction Maintain, modify and implement systems and processes for Appraisal, Recruitment, Training need analysis, and Compensation and benefits Coordinate for Employee communication along with the Managing Director Coordinate any employee surveys

TrainingCoordinate with functional heads to a competent workforce - Coordinate with functional heads to understand training needs and identify appropriate training sessions required. Create a training calendar for the organization across all levels based on this need analysis Monitor and provide guidance to the HR desk in the implementation of the training schedule and coordination of all training programs Identify and coordinate with external agencies for various development programs in conjunction with functional heads Coordinate with functional heads to plan for deputing employees for external conferences, seminars and other training programs Ensure maintenance of training recordsRecruitmentDevelop and monitor a HR desk that will carry out the following activities - Coordinate all activities related to recruitment on receipt of requirements Schedule interviews and psychometric tests Plan and schedule campus interviews Ensure systematic on-boarding of new recruitsPeople Development Identify and facilitate to ensure that people development issues are addressed in consultation with the functional headsCOMMUNICATION Coordinate with (IT) and external service provider for company website updating. Coordinate for CONTENT for e-mailers, flyers, promotion campaigns etc. Coordinate with Group companies, Sales/Marketing departments and other service providers for creation and publishing of new product announcement brochures, technical literature etc Product updates and write-ups for publications; co-coordinating inputs with managers and in-house experts Coordinate for internal and external communication with employees and other stakeholders. Planning and Coordinating Advertisement campaigns and insertions in industry magazines Plan surveys for various stakeholder groups for evaluation/review purposes Plan employees/customer/ stakeholder competitions, promotions and other engagement programs. Coordinate for seminars & exhibitions etc
Qualification :
Post graduate in the HR with flair for communication OR Post graduate in the COMMUNICATION with flair for HR activities
Experience Required :

5 to 10 Years
