Key Role

Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company s market presence in B2B segments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and report progress to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing or related field.
  • 6 to 12 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
