DESCRIPTION Strong facilitation experience for conducting requirements gathering and stakeholder agreement meetings Familiar with Joint Application Design (JAD) session, prototyping, Conference Room Pilot (CRP), and similar approaches and principles Familiar with business process design concepts and principles. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Duck Creek Policy or Billing Certification Experience Strong understanding of P&C industry and solutions with 7-10 years experience in defining architecture and design on Duck Creek suite both SaaS and on-premise Must have technical knowledge of overall Duck Creek suite including Policy , Billing ,Insights and distribution management to lead integration Must have detailed understanding on Duck Creek Architecture , Data Model, UI design, processes and events Knowledge of Duck Creek product including architecture, data model, components, modules and extensions. Experience in configuring Duck Creek product for Commercial Auto lines is preferable Experience in integrating Duck Creek product with in-house systems and third-party systems Experience in configuring Duck Creek is SaaS mode is mandatory Experience upgrading Duck Creek preferably 7.x - 8.x Upgrade Shift Timing 13:00 PM - 21:30 PM (Monday thru Friday) Individual is expected to join ECC calls when required irrespective of time of day and provide oversight for any activities scheduled for weekend QUALIFICATIONS Must Have Skills DUCKCREEK BILLING Minimum Education Level Bachelors or Equivalent Years of Experience 5-12 years
