GLOBAL TRADE COMPLIANCE ANALYST

The analyst is also expected to researchandcollect countryspecific trade compliance content information and programs for various countries on matters relevant to trade compliance (classification, valuation, country of origin, regional trade agreements, export controls, record keeping, etc.). Knowledge of Denied party screening and trade sanctions preferable. He or she will also support the development and management of the GTCMS content database and, as necessaryprovide support and guidance to the GTCM manager in advising customers on import and export compliance issues involving various countries.

The person to be considered for this position will also help develop, implement,update and maintain export/import control policies and procedures for customers to keep them in line with international best practices. He or she will also provide tactical support when needed in submitting required compliance reports.

Desired skill set inclusive of HSN and ECCN Classifications, strong knowledge of Trade Compliance content research, technical and analytical skills, DPS/RPS and trade sanctions, strong communication skills; data handling and Advance MS Excel, Knowledge of PDF to Excel Tools, knowledge of any foreign language like Spanish, French is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Trade Content research and analysis for the countries assisgned to him about HS classification, ECCN, duties, taxes, FTA's compliance and other related information.
• Support internal and external trade compliance functions.
• Assist in maintaining the GTCM's tools marketing collateral.
• Helping in education and training to internal functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 50,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month
