Purchase & Logistic Manager Job in Ace Green

Key Responsibilities

Buy electrical and mechanical machinery, recycling-related equipment, steel and other raw materials for equipment fabrication and assembly. Seek and partner with reliable vendors, suppliers and fabricators Handle the entire purchase cycle from negotiation, purchase, contracting and logistics for delivery of all assets to various sites of the company Manage import of machinery for in-house requirements and manage outbound delivery for domestic and export sales Local purchase of waste batteries and other materials for the plant Inventory reporting and updating ERP Negotiate cost (freight, clearing charges etc.) with various service providers (Shipping agents, CHA, Freight Forwarders etc.) Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with banks, customs and other bodies for import and export related queries. File (or to assist CHA or other service providers) import duty in case of imports and to file necessary documents for exports. Experience Five years preferably with exposure to handling purchase of equipment/metals/batteries. Experience in import, export, customs clearance and working with CHAs, Freight Forwarders, and ground transporters. Understanding of GST, Import Duty, drawback and EPCG Schemes Education Graduate or PG Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistic or Management or any field with experience
