Job Summary

Troubleshooting/ Solving customer s queries like as applications, QC queries etc
Helping to our field staff (Junior team as well as Managers) for solving their queries at customer s place, like as applications, QC queries etc
Giving training to the field team about technical aspects of our products & helping them in field to promote our products
Evaluate the defective reagents returned by the customer. Follow up with the QA/ QC team on identifying the reason/ fault for the same.
Going on field for solving the complaints

Qualification :
BE (Electronics/ Bio medical/ Electrical)/ B Tech

Experience Required :

1 to 3 Year
