Frontend Lead Responsibilities: Provide Technical Leadership to a team of frontend engineers Collaborate with product, backend, and design teams to gather requirements, plan, and deliver features Establish processes and standards to ensure a reliable and performant application Requirements: Strong JavaScript skills and knowledge of latest features (ES6+) Experience with React.js and related libraries/tools (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga, Material UI) Ability to convert UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code Familiarity with documentation creation and maintenance Experience with visualization and charting libraries (D3.js, Recharts) Experience implementing tests (unit, functional, automated testing with tools such as react-testing-library, Jest,Cypress) Proficient in profiling web application performance using tools like Lighthouse and React DevTools Profiler Nice to have: Experience building real-time features using WebSockets Knowledge of TypeScript Experience configuring webpack and other build tools (Babel, PostCSS) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment.
