Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities

• Architect, design, code, unit test, fully implement and deliver application features with highest quality and security to prevent unauthorized access / use.
• Participate in and lead architecture and code reviews
• Promote Continuous Improvement by identifying process in efficiencies and quality improvements
• Lead other projects or duties as assigned
• Provide guidance to and mentor more junior team members.
• Will work under minimal supervision.
• Work independently to plan, prioritize, and complete high complex critical priority work assignments, as a member of a project team.
• Review functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provide feedback. Implement, test, maintain and support software, based on technical design specifications
• Prepare technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents

Qualifications :

• Skilled in working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment, ability to partake in and contribute to technical, design and retrospective dialog
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, passionate about learning and applying new technologies
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, strong client service focus
• Able to identify root cause of system issues and determine short- and long-term resolutions
• Advanced full stack coding skills in JavaScript, JSON / XML, .net, REST, Web Services, JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Angular,), Containers (Docker), message queues, and AWS cloud technologies.
• Strong analysis and design skills, AWS development expertise or proven ability to learn new technologies
• Ability to listen and understand information and communicate the same.
• Must possess good organizational skills.
• Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office packages.
• Comfortable with modern collaboration tools including virtual meetings, screen sharing, cloud based document editing and file management, chat, voicemail, and e-mail.
• Ability to quickly analyze, organize, and abstract large amounts of information and to make decisions based on this analysis
• Awareness of business issues as they impact overall project plans
• Ability to use business knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to proactively.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions using a mixture of intuition, analysis, experience and judgment

Education, Training, Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of experience must be required in IT Field.
• B.S. in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent education and experience
• experience in software engineering
• experience coding with some or all of the following technologies, JavaScript, .net, Web Services, relational Database or similar
• experience with a JavaScript API framework (such as React), JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with iterative, incremental software development processes
• Experience with complex software development projects through all phases of the software development life cycle
• Experience with Git or similar Version Control, Jenkins or similar build environment, and automated testing preferred
