Job Summary

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

1. Deep understanding and engagement with livelihoods issues especially issues of economic marginalization and inequity
2. Proven abilities in running successful enterprises and in undertaking large scale livelihood programs
3. Ability to grow a thought leader
4. Demonstrated leadership in operations and in the field
5. Identify and manage highly professional team
6. Ability to research and design livelihood models using latest design thinking approach
7. Strong resource mobilization skills based on sound models and designs
8. Excellent communication and team management skills
9. Resource management - time, human and budgets
10. Must be willing to travel as per the requirement

QUALIFICATION:
Masters in Agri-Business/Rural Management/MBA/CS from a reputed institute such as IRMA, XIM-B, TISS, IIM;

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 and Maximum 14 years with a leading organization in livelihoods

LANGUAGE: English and knowledge of any local language preferred (Marathi/Oriya, Kanada/Telugu)
