Your Responsibilities
1. Financial management of units and projects of ALC India
2. Managing cash flow and working capital funds requirement
3. Ensuring budgetary control and financial systems at project level
4. Preparing financial statements and reports, as per statutory requirement and as requested by senior management on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
5. Ensuring compliance to legal and statutory requirements
6. Ensuring payroll processing, updating of books of accounts and undertaking financial audits
Your Profile
Educational Qualification:
MBA Finance / M.Com/ CA Inter/Final
Work Experience:
0-4 years of experience in Financial Management and Accounts preferably in Cooperatives
Essential Skills and Knowledge
1. Knowledge of financial management principles and practices
2. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
3. Knowledge of costing and cost control
4. Knowledge of legal and statutory compliance for public limited company
5. Knowledge of local, state and central laws regarding taxes
Personal Qualities and Behavioural Traits:
1. Highly organised and disciplined person
2. Established track record of integrity and ethical behaviour
3. Resource consciousness and zero tolerance to misuse of resources
4. Ability to take sound decisions and steadfastly enforce them.
5. Empathy with poor and marginalised community
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Command over tally ERP 9, Excel and Power Point.
