Experience in installation of Windows, Configuration, Technical Troubleshooting and Remote support
IT admin kind of role with system troubleshooting and remote maintenance

Willingness to work in Night Shifts (Fixed Night Shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am)
Ability to work independently or as team worker
Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability
2 to 3 years experience in technical support role).
Education Bachelors degree (B.E./ B.Tech) or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Computer Sciences
