Job Summary
  • Listen to recorded audio files capturing physician-patient interaction and perform medical scribing services, including a comprehensive documentation of key clinical information in the customer-provided template

  • Monitor incoming audio files and rework any documentation that is rejected by providers, perform quality audits, and proactively notify the customer on issues that will impact the SLAs in terms of TAT and quality requirements.

  • Promptly respond to provider queries about the scribed information and any documentation


Skills Required :
  • Minimum of 1 year hands on experience in Medical Scribing (Live or Recorded)

  • Good communication skills, to interact with providers directly through emails/chats/calls

  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills for accurate scribing

  • Excellent sentence structuring skills and good grasp of English grammar

  • Good understanding of medical terminologies and clinical descriptions typically used by physicians while conversing with patients

  • Must be willing to work in night shifts based on requirement
