Job Summary Accenture is currently navigating a significant transformation journey, which has been underway for over two years. This transformation includes a variety of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and driving growth. As part of this, Accenture is establishing a Transformational Change Hub to support employees throughout these changes. The hub will centralize resources, offering guidance, tools, and support to help employees adapt to the evolving landscape and thrive in a culture of resilience and adaptability. Key Responsibilities: Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to Accenture s global operations, supporting over 774,000 employees worldwide. Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring change management projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and timelines. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on change management goals and objectives, contributing to the success of both employees and clients. Communication & Training: Lead the design and implementation of effective communication, training, and coaching programs, equipping employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate change successfully. Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of change management initiatives, reporting progress regularly to leadership. Best Practices Implementation: Continuously improve the effectiveness of change management efforts by implementing and maintaining best practices across all initiatives. Culture & Values Stewardship: Ensure that Accenture s culture and values, particularly stewardship, are upheld and reflected in all aspects of the change management process. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Proven experience in change management, ideally with a global organization. Experience in leading large-scale transformation efforts is preferred. Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of influencing and collaborating with senior leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling messages across various platforms and to diverse audiences. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and report on the success of change initiatives. Cultural Fit: Ability to sustain and promote Accenture s culture of inclusion, innovation, and leadership through all phases of change.
