Project Role : Solution Planner
Project Role Description : Analyzes client requirements and supports configuring a solution from a standard set of offerings. Liaisons with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services, and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. Works with client stakeholders to receive sign-off on the solution.

Summary: As a Solution Planner, you will analyze client requirements and configure a solution from a standard set of offerings. You will liaise with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services, and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. Additionally, you will work with client stakeholders to receive sign-off on the solution. This role requires a high level of expertise in solution architecture and planning, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in solution architecture and planning. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring successful project delivery. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Contribute to the development and improvement of solution architecture frameworks. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in solution architecture. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and methodologies. - Experience in configuring solutions based on client requirements. - Knowledge of service delivery processes and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management. - Solid grasp of project management principles and methodologies. - Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A degree in Solution Architecture or a related field is required.
