Job Summary Project Role Description: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming testing into a continuous, efficient, and end-to-end quality engineering function. By utilizing quality processes, tools, and methodologies, you will enhance control, accuracy, and integrity, while driving improvements in the testing process. Your focus will be on evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches through automation and innovative testing solutions. Key Skills Required: Must-have skills: Data Warehouse ETL Testing Good-to-have skills: Ab Initio Minimum experience: 2 years Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming traditional testing into a streamlined, continuous quality engineering process. By leveraging automation tools and quality methodologies, you will enhance the efficiency and precision of testing operations. This role involves developing and executing automated test scripts, analyzing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality. Roles & Responsibilities: Independently perform testing and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field. Actively engage in team discussions and contribute valuable insights. Provide solutions to challenges encountered during work. Implement and maintain automated testing processes and frameworks. Design and execute automated test scripts. Analyze test results, identify defects, and report findings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing. Recommend process improvements based on testing results and observations. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-have: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. Good-to-have: Experience with Ab Initio. Strong understanding of ETL testing processes and methodologies. Solid knowledge of data warehouse concepts. Proficiency in SQL querying and data validation. Additional Information: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing is required. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
