Role Overview As a Supply Chain Operations Associate, you will be part of the Supply Chain Planning team, responsible for end-to-end supply planning and execution. Your key focus will be on Demand Management, where you will play a pivotal role in assessing, designing, and implementing best practices in demand planning processes, organization, and technology. This includes areas like Demand Sensing, Forecasting, Demand Collaboration, and Demand Planning within Integrated Planning. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket services. Contribute to the successful realization of client value, generating $5 for every $1 spent on our services. Work within the Supply Chain Planning team to ensure smooth execution of demand management and planning processes. Follow guidelines and best practices for Demand Management, helping improve overall planning capabilities. What We Are Looking For A team player with the ability to manage end-to-end supply planning and execution. Strong skills in demand management, with a focus on forecasting, demand sensing, and collaboration. Ability to contribute to process improvements and technology integration in demand planning. Roles and Responsibilities: Solve routine problems based on established guidelines and precedents. Work within your team and collaborate closely with your direct supervisor for guidance. Execute daily tasks with moderate supervision and follow detailed instructions for new assignments. Your decisions will primarily impact your individual tasks and responsibilities. You will work as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work. Please note that this role may require working in rotational shifts.
