Job Summary Job Title: DevOps Engineer Project Role Description: We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to build and set up new development tools and infrastructure, leveraging expertise in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration, and Security. You will be responsible for creating and testing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines while ensuring that systems remain secure against potential threats. Key Skills: Cloud Automation DevOps Desired Skills: N/A Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Educational Requirements: 15 years of full-time formal education Role Summary: As a DevOps Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to build and implement development tools and infrastructure by utilizing your knowledge of CI/CD processes, Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration, and Security practices. You will play an integral role in developing and testing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the security of systems. Your daily activities will include collaborating with teams to maintain infrastructure, automate workflows, and resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities: Work independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in DevOps practices. Actively engage in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes. Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform and Ansible. Set up and manage monitoring and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure reliability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deployments, security, and infrastructure. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in DevOps and Cloud. Technical Skills: Essential: Proficiency in Cloud Automation and DevOps practices. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab. Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform. Desirable: Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash. Additional Information: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps is required. This position is based in Bengaluru. A 15-year full-time education background is mandatory.
