Job Summary Project Role: Database Administrator Project Role Description: Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. Perform various database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing, and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery, and configuration management. Must Have Skills: Customer Communication Management Solutions Good to Have Skills: NA Experience: Minimum 7.5 years of experience required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full-time education required. Summary: As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for administering, developing, testing, and demonstrating databases. You will manage database functions such as design, implementation, backup/recovery, and configuration management. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert). Collaborate and manage teams to perform database functions. Responsible for team decisions and contributing to key decisions across multiple teams. Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Develop database solutions to store and retrieve company information efficiently. Implement security measures to safeguard the database. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Communication Management Solutions. Strong understanding of database management systems. Experience in database design, implementation, and maintenance. Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures. Familiarity with configuration management tools. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Customer Communication Management Solutions. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
