Job Summary Role Overview: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business needs and technical requirements. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, making important design decisions, and delivering solutions to complex challenges. You will ensure that the applications you create are robust, scalable, and meet organizational standards. Your day-to-day activities will include developing Salesforce-based applications, engaging with teams across functions, and maintaining high-quality development practices. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Development. Lead and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Take ownership of team decisions and ensure alignment with business goals. Engage with multiple teams, contributing to strategic decision-making processes. Design and develop applications based on business requirements and application specifications. Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with required application standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve development practices and application quality. Required Skills: Must-Have: Strong expertise in Salesforce Development. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data model. Proven experience in designing and deploying Salesforce-based solutions. Experience with Salesforce integrations and troubleshooting Salesforce application issues. Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing settings, and best practices. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development. 15 years of full-time formal education (equivalent to a bachelor s degree or higher). Additional Information: The position is based in Noida. A focus on Salesforce technologies and best practices is essential for success in this role.
