Job Summary Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and addressing any issues that arise. Your daily activities will include collaborating with the team to understand requirements, designing and developing applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components, and testing and debugging applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate in team discussions. Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with the team to understand business processes and application requirements. Design and build applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. Configure applications to meet specified requirements. Test and debug applications to ensure functionality and performance. Address any issues or bugs that arise in the applications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce. Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs. Knowledge of Salesforce security and data management. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
