Job Summary

The job will involve:

  • Identifying areas where AI techniques can be used to help the customer improve productivity and thereby improve ASPL s offerings.
  • Designing AI-based applications for the above covering, but not limited to, image analysis, pattern recognition, character recognition, classification, NLP etc.
  • Training and guiding team members in AI techniques and their applications, with respect to implementations in ASPL s products and services.
  • Advising customers and helping them build their AI implementation strategies.
  • Actively coding applications in Python (or R) with available open source libraries for the AI techniques.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To steer the company s AI strategies.
  • To be responsible for building and leading the team for AI development and implementation within the company.
  • To be responsible for development related to AI and machine learning.

Key Skills Required:

  • Very high in aptitude

  • Open to learn and conduct independent research
  • Knowledge of Python(&/or R ) and related libraries available for implementing AI
  • Excellent debugging and optimization skills
  • Knowledge of Object Oriented concepts and a strong passion for software development
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, team-player

Desired Technology Exposure:

  • Should be conversant with likes of Major Libraries/platforms such as TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, Numpy, Keras, Jupyter Notebook, SciPy, Theano, Pandas, Flask, Gunicorn, etc.
  • Should have exposure to Document Classification Using Deep Learning using Convolutional neural network, Named Entity Recognition using various NLP techniques.
  • Multi-Object Recognition using Deep Learning techniques such as YOLO and SSD. are based on Deep Learning, Face Recognition, Matching using various Python Libraries & equivalent.

Educational Qualifications

  • PhD/ Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science with specialization in Artificial Intelligence(AI)
