Additional Points: If you are expecting more than a 20% salary hike, kindly refrain from applying. We are hiring developers for specific projects, and candidates will need to crack interviews to be assigned to projects. While on the bench and until you successfully crack a client interview, you will receive 25% of the agreed-upon salary. The remaining 75% will be provided as a bonus after completing one year with Accelgrowth Technology. Once you successfully crack a client interview, you will receive your full salary on a monthly basis. Your understanding and adherence to these conditions are appreciated. Responsibilities: Develop and implement responsive user interfaces using React.js. Build scalable and efficient RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js. Design and maintain MongoDB databases to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with state management libraries like Redux. Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git. Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
