Job Summary

(NIGHT SHIFT)

Roles and Responsibilities


1. Good Written and oral communication skills in English

2. Experience in handling international clients and customers

3. Initiate chat conversation on the website through Chat services, Messenger services etc

4. Emailing the customer and internal team for a quick resolution

5. Making sure payment and delivery of the services is never gets delayed

6. Engaging online visitors and guide them through the services

7. Helping the customers with their online payments

8. Helping customers in getting their purchased products in-time

9. Resolving customer grievances and queries with the help internal team

10. Communicating with the internal team to fix the issue raised by customer

11. Raising a ticket to the tech team ASAP after an issue was reported by the customer

12. Patiently listening to customers query and wishfully resolving them

13. Understanding of the overall customer journey on a ecommerce platform

14. Should have a positive attitude and agility to work in a collaborative environment

15. Flair for customer/client service with a positive learning aptitude and ability to perform

16. Should have solution-oriented and committed to make it right resolution

17. Time management, planning, and scheduling skills



Skills Requried

1. Excellent Communication skills

2. Minimum exp of 2 years in Back office(chats and call support)

3. Problem resolving skills

4. Time management
