Roles and Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of concepts, methodologies.
- Good understanding of the respective projects working upon.
- Should be able to manage a team of 6-8 SMEs efficiently.
- Quality Assurance of all respective SMEs.
- Provide training corresponding to daily updates.
- QC panel updating on daily basis.
- Act as a bridge between the SMEs and the concerned manager, so as to ensure that all the Updates and guidelines are correctly passed on.
- Reporting regularly of the respective team.
- Should be a team player who is transparent among all his teammates.
- Performance enhancement.
- Reviewing SME test papers.
- Ensure the quality of work delivered is 100% accurate and error-free.

- MSC In Physics Is mandatory

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PHYSICS / Content Development for PHYSICS/ Framing of Questions (JEE Main , JEE Advanced , NEET , IIT Levels) for PHYSICS in any Academy / Institute/ EduTech / E-Learning Company is MANDATORY.
Qualification - BSC / MSC PHYSICS is Mandatory. but should have Knowledge of Framing Question in PHYSICS upto JEE Advanced Levels (BLOOMS TAXONOMY)
Annual CTC: Rupees 2,50,000 to 3,60,000
