Responsibilities:
To Understand Technical Requirements from the Customer To do Product Demonstration for CAD/CAM software to Customers To Complete the Benchmark on the Machine tool using CAD/CAM software as requested by the CustomerResponsibilities- Post Sales
To perform performance of New Software (Version / Service Pack Update) at Customer s place. To conduct Technical Training Programs for Customer / Resellers. To plan and visit customers for Subscription Renewal Business. To provide Post Sales Technical Supports to Customers for resolution of Technical issues / Bugs reported.Skill Set Required
Hands on Experience on Machine Tool with UGNX CAD/CAM / WorkNC / VISI CAM Software preferred (otherwise Experience on SolidWorks / Mastercam / Delcam / CAMWorks / SolidCAM Software). Good Knowledge of Solid and Surface Modelling using SolidWorks / SolidEdge / Pro E / UGNX / VISI / Catia etc. is preferred. Good Knowledge of Die Mould / Tool Room / Sheet Metal / Production Machining Processes, Machine Tools and Cutting Tools. Good Communication and Presenting Skills.Educational QualificationMinimum Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering (B.E. Mechanical /Production/ Automobile will be an added advantage).
Professional Experience
1 to 2 years (Hands on Experience on UGNX CAD/CAM / Catia / SolidWorks / Pro-E/Creo / WorkNC / VISI Mastercam / Delcam / CAMWorks / SolidCAM Software).
